By accepting the terms and conditions, you acknowledge: You will join a queue and will be assisted in the order of inquiry. Each Individual Support Session will last 45 minutes and is designed to discuss one topic at a time. For further support, you will need to re-join the queue. These sessions are designed to discuss issues around gender identity and/or sexuality. The Kite Trust does not offer counselling, talk therapy, or any clinical mental health services. You are not not seeking mental health support. If you wish to be signposted to appropriate mental healthcare, you can find out more here: https://resources.thekitetrust.org.uk/resources/local-mental-health-support  No show policy: We will send a confirmation email 24 hours before your session. You are welcome to reschedule your session if your original time no longer works for you. If you confirm or don’t respond and do not attend your session, your youth worker will contact you within 10 minutes of your designated time as a reminder, and then leave your session. If you do not attend your session, you will be required to re-join the queue and wait for another availability. If you continue to miss your sessions, you will be suspended from the queue for a period of one month.
